Owner Ed Sullivan has been providing quality home inspections in the Kansas City Metropolitan area since 1987.  Known for his comprehensive inspection reports and his experienced eye for detail, Ed is a certified member and co-founder of the Society of Professional Property Inspectors (SPPI).  He has served as Director as well as on various committees such as Membership & Arbitration, Standards & Ethics, and Public Relations.  Ed is also a retired certified member and co-founder of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Great Plains Chapter.  Involved in the real estate industry since 1979, Ed has worked in investments and property management, owned a small residential and commercial construction company, and was a licensed real estate broker from 1982 to 1999.  Ed was a certified instructor for Realtor continuing education with Career Educational Systems and an instructor for the Kansas City Neighborhood Alliance at Donnelly College.
